Post-Construction Cleaning
Construction leaves behind far more than visible mess — fine dust settles in vents and tracks, paint and plaster cling to glass and fittings, and protective films hide the finishes underneath. Our staged builders’ clean works alongside your programme so every trade can finish on time and the property is genuinely ready to present.

Rough clean
Bulk debris, offcuts and packaging cleared and loose dust removed once the main trades finish, so second-fix and finishing work starts on a clean slate.
Final clean
Every surface washed top to bottom — walls, doors, skirting, cabinetry, sanitaryware and floors — with paint, plaster, grout haze and adhesive residue lifted.
Sparkle clean
A last detailed pass right before handover or occupancy: glazing polished, fittings buffed and any dust that resettled after the snag works removed.
Finish-safe methods
Products and tools chosen for each material — sealed stone, timber, stainless, glass and new paintwork — so nothing is scratched, etched or stained.

Good to know
When should the clean be booked?
Ideally once you have a programme — we schedule each stage around your trades. A rough clean can usually follow the main works, with the final and sparkle cleans timed for your inspection or handover date.
Do you remove construction waste?
We clear the light debris, packaging and dust created during finishing works. Skip-level waste and heavy materials should be removed by the contractor before we start — we can advise on what’s needed when we survey.
Can you work on a live site?
Yes. Our team follows site safety rules and works around other trades, and we can phase the clean floor by floor or unit by unit.
