You do — and anyone you nominate. We send a dated digital report you can share with your client, buyer, tenant or insurer.
Can you attend the handover meeting?
Yes. We can be on site to walk the new owner or tenant through the property, hand over keys and the information pack, and note any comments.
Do you fix the snags you find?
Cleaning-related items are resolved by our team on the spot. Building defects are listed clearly with photos so your contractor can action them quickly.
